Who we need

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations and Global Business Development, we are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our team. You will bring fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to build awareness, attract potential customers, and contribute to our growth and rebranding. You will take ownership of managing sales and marketing content and collateral. You will be the point person for our external agency, aligning their deliverables with our goals, timelines, and brand voice.

This role is a remote position.

How you will make an impact:

  • Support sales enablement. You will develop and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads. You will monitor lead engagement and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates. You will draw on market knowledge and data to create and disseminate materials and insights to help close deals.
  • Collaborate. You will work closely with the Product and Sales teams to gather information for customized sales decks and presentations and to align marketing efforts with sales goals. You will assist the Head of Revenue Operations and Business Development with day-to-day marketing tasks and be ready to step in where needed. 
  • Support proposal development. You will help the team create high-quality proposals using our proposal software, PandaDoc, to streamline the process. You will ensure our proposals are polished and easy to execute (e-signatures, etc.).
  • Manage content. You will maintain, update, and share content, ensuring all resources are current, accessible, and effectively organized for easy use by the team. You will enhance and update our sales decks, making them functional and visually appealing. You will also ensure that the most recent images, branding, and materials are used for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist in content creation. You will grow your knowledge of who we are, our clients, and the problems we solve. You will produce and revise marketing materials across various formats, such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, and presentation decks. Drawing on your creativity, you will ensure all marketing content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice. 
  • Manage the agency relationship. You will be the key point person for our external agency, aligning their deliverables with our goals, timelines, and brand voice. You will draft text and collaborate to format and refine all content. You will review the final versions to ensure they reflect a deep understanding of our product and brand. 

You will bring:

  • The experience. You have experience creating, editing, and optimizing compelling B2B content for a wide audience range. You know how to ground your messages in purpose and outcome rather than buzzwords. You have meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of marketing and communication, ensuring accuracy. You understand brand identity principles and the importance and value of brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. 
  • The technical skills. You have worked with various modern design, presentation, and marketing tools. You have a high-level  understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing..
  • The communication skills. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You are both creative and technical - able to translate innovative solutions into captivating content that is easily digestible for the target audience and stands out in the market. You are a strong collaborator who can work cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
